Current editions of clean and resalable books may be returned within 24 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required, however, invoice numbers must be provided or a penalty discount will be used. The distribution center retains the right of final decision determining the salability of returned books.

Damaged and defective returns must make claims within 30 days from the invoice date indicating whether you wish replacement or cancellation. Freight must be prepaid.

Superseded editions may not be returned after 90 days from publication of new edition. Out-of-print titles may not be returned after 60 days from out-of-print declaration.

Returns deemed unsalable will be returned to the bookseller at their expense.
