In our 25th year, we bring you our 23rd issue.In the special sectionShow Me What You're Made Of,editors Hevin Karakurt and Katherine Whatley sought out poems that break from the page and expand our ideas of what the poetic form can be. Form and formality, object and image open a pandora's box of possibility, further complicating the matter of form, material, grammar and word. In our next special section, Jon Tadmor assembled an eclectic troupe of "dancers who write, writers who dance, and everything in-between" for a performance that will waltz right from the page into your mind.DANCE-POEM-DANCEis full of energy willing us to movement, that pep in the step that brings the body to life, married to music with the undeniable need to change the world around us with motion. In addition, we have our traditional new poetry and poetry in translation sections. this year poetry in translation is divided into two chronological sections, and new poetry divided into three thematic sections (Speak, See, and Remember).
